PURPOSE: A low differential delay chromatic dispersion compensator is provided to reduce influence of differential latency by ignoring additional path length caused by a compensator as a fiber is added in one direction of two way link. CONSTITUTION: In order to compensate differential delay in synchronized time protocol for interactive computer data communication link, a chirped fiber brag grating comprises wavelength gratings which are distant with a distance change for a length of a compensating optical fiber core. An optical bonding unit(208) optically combines the chirping type fiber brag grating to an optical fiber of the bidirectional computer data communications link.
