CATHODE MATERIALS AND LITHIUM SECONDARY BATTERY COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A positive electrode material and a lithium secondary battery including thereof are provided to improve the lifetime property and the rate property to the lithium secondary battery corresponding to a conventional battery. CONSTITUTION: A positive electrode material for a secondary battery contains a positive electrode active material, a conductive material and a binder. The conductive material is a metal selected from the group consisting of gold and platinum. The average particle diameter of the metal is 5~100 nano meters. 0.2~2wt% of conductive material is contained in the total positive electrode material. A lithium secondary battery is including a positive electrode formed by the positive electrode material.
