PURPOSE: A lighting device and a lighting device assembly thereof are provided to protect elements from the external environment by arranging a sealing member between a lighting panel and a cover part. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device(100) comprises a lighting panel(120), a cover part(110), a sealing member, and an insulating member. The lighting panel comprises a light source. The cover part includes a transparent synthetic resin. A mounting projection is formed in the inner wall of the cover part. The lighting panel is installed in the mounting projection of the cover part. The sealing member seals hermetically the space between the lighting panel and the cover part. The insulating member prevents the sealing member from being injected into the front of the light source.
