<p>PURPOSE: An air conditioner is provided to make an inner space pleasant by driving a compressor according to the radiant temperature of a human body. CONSTITUTION: An air-conditioner comprises an indoor unit driver(50) and an outdoor unit driver(60). The indoor unit driver controls an indoor unit. The outdoor unit driver controls an outdoor unit while communicating with the indoor unit driver. The indoor unit driver includes an input unit(52), a sensing unit(40), and a control unit(56). The input unit inputs operating commands and the desired temperature for a predetermined operation mode. The sensing unit measures the radiant temperature of a human body and indoor temperature in the predetermined operation mode. If the radiant temperature is the same as the predetermined temperature, the control unit transmits the control command to the outdoor unit driver to execute a normal operation. If not, the control unit transmits the control command to the outdoor unit driver to make the air clean.</p> |
