PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical distribution refrigerated warehouse advantageous to securing of large volume of a refrigerated storage, shortening of a construction period and reduction in cost. SOLUTION: All partition members K constituting a roof 20, an outer wall 22 and a partition wall 24 of the physical distribution refrigerated warehouse 12 including the refrigerated storage 12 are formed only by heat insulating panels 30. The heat insulating panel 30 is formed by a plate-shaped body comprising rock wool or cellulose fiber and steel plates sandwiching the plate-shaped body from the thickness direction, so as to have a long and thin shape with the length extremely larger than the width. The outer panel 22 is formed by making the heat insulating panels 30 laterally extend so that the length direction of the heat insulating panels 30 faces the horizontal direction and the heat insulating panels 30 are juxtaposed vertically. The partition wall 2 is formed by making the heat insulating panels 20 vertically extend so that the length direction of the heat insulating panels 30 faces the vertical direction and the heat insulating panels 30 are juxtaposed horizontally.
