<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel wall structure of a kitchen attached and detached easily by a simple structure. Ž<P>SOLUTION: An upper engagement part 7 and a lower engagement part 8 are formed at upper and lower ends 6a, 6b of a panel body 6, respectively, and engaged with a hook 9 of a U-shape in cross section. The hook 9 is formed in the U-shape in cross section by connecting a front plate 9a and a rear plate 9b thereof to each other through a horizontal bottom plate 9c. The upper engagement part 7 is formed in an L-shape in the cross section of a first horizontal part 7a extending from the upper end 6a of the panel body 6 toward a wall 1, and a first vertical part 7b extending downward, and extended continuously to a second vertical part 7c formed by being bent to the panel body 6 side along the first vertical part 7b. The lower engagement part 8 comprises a second horizontal part 8a extending from the lower end 6b of the panel body 6 toward the wall 1, a third vertical part 8b extending from the panel body 6 downward, and a diagonal part 8c folded back from the third vertical part 8b to a side away from the panel body 6 which are formed continuously with one another.
