PURPOSE: A rotatable functional key pad and an ultrasound system thereof are provided to easily execute a specific application in each ultrasonography mode by setting a setting parameter to a specific function key. CONSTITUTION: A rotatable functional key pad comprises a base, a rotary shaft(132), a rotational plate(133), and a plurality of functional key groups(134~136). The rotary shaft is fixed to the base. The rotational plate revolves around the rotary shaft. A plurality of functional key groups are formed in the rotational plate. A plurality of functional key groups are used in a different ultrasonography mode. A groove is formed along an external boundary of the rotational plate with a fixed interval. An arm is combined with the groove in order to clinch the rotational plate.
