<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the change in drive torque of a vehicle by offsetting the torque of a second motor generator 12 by the torque of an electric air-conditioning system when changing the torque for preventing noise. <P>SOLUTION: When a second motor generator 12 does not output torque for traveling, and noise such as a rattling noise is generated in a gear mechanism due to torque fluctuation generated by an engine 2 at high-speed running or the like, torque T<SB>MG2</SB>acts on the gear mechanism by the second motor generator 12, and an electric air-conditioning system 33 operates so as to offset the torque T<SB>MG2</SB>acting on the gear mechanism. As a result, the second motor generator 12 does not output the torque T<SB>MG2</SB>, it is possible to reduce any noise generated due to the torque fluctuation of the engine 2, and the driving point of the engine 2 does not change.
