<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image capturing apparatus capable of simplifying an optical system, reducing cost, expanding depth even if an image recovery processing is not applied, and preventing degradation of a depth expanding function even when a diaphragm diameter is changed, and an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: This image capturing apparatus includes: a variable diaphragm 214; an aberration control optical system 210 having an aberration control function of intentionally generating aberration; an image sensor 220; an image processor 240 for forming a primary image into a high-definition final image; and a control device 200 for changing the aberration control function of the aberration control optical system in response to the change of the aperture of the variable diaphragm 214. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
