PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that, conventionally, in eyelash growth-promoting liquids, chemically synthesized agents as the active ingredients have been mostly uses as a mixture for almost all substances, being unsuitable to weak-skinned and/or sensitive-skinned persons, the effects are various, and the odors of them give mental stress on the relevant users. Ž
SOLUTION: An eyelash growth-promoting liquid is produced by the following process: Sho-chu (Japanese white distilled liquor) is mixed with Aloe arborescens Miller, pine bark, momordica charantia and Guinea pepper followed by sealing up the ingredients for a predetermined period to effect maturing until the Aloe arborescens Miller becomes brown from green. The resultant Sho-chu, after filtering off the Aloe arborescens Miller, the pine bark, momordica charantia and Guinea pepper, is mixed with grape fruit seed extract, jojoba oil, collagen, hyaluronic acid and ylang-ylang essential oil. Without these natural components' burdening on eyelashes, their active ingredients markedly promote eyelashes' growth, the jojoba oil, the hyaluronic acid and the collagen confine the active ingredients firmly, promoting eyelashes' growth further. Besides, as the ylang-ylang essential oil's scent gives no mental stress, the problems may be solved. Ž
COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT Ž
