TRAY FOR STORING CYLINDRICAL BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to store the maximum number of cylindrical bodies such as spark plugs on a specified area of a tray by designing shapes and intervals of holes on a flat plate-like tray. SOLUTION: A tray 1 for storing the cylindrical bodies is provided with the holes in lengthwise and breadthwise lines on a rectangular flat plate, and the cylindrical bodies with large diameter parts are fitted in these holes and are stored so as to be supported with these large diameter parts. On the adjoining holes, straight holes 11 supporting the large diameter parts at the surface positions and stepped holes 12 supporting the large diameter parts sunk from the surfaces are alternately arranged in both the lengthwise and breadthwise directions.
