Subject: mosaic coating consisted of a composite substrate base - construction method of same. Constitution: mosaic coating composed of tesserae pieces of various artificial or natural materials in different dimensions 4, thickness 5 and form 3, which materials are separate or united 1, 2, partially incorporated 9 to the substrate 21 which is composed of synthetic material 10 manufactured into moulds 8 for creating mosaic coatings applicable to architectural surfaces in the form of rigid planes and curved tiles. Advantages: due to rigidity, said construction offers fast and easy placing of the mosaic-coated tiles, fast treatment of the final surface, composition of materials of different thickness and resistance resembling that of the ceramic or marble tiles. Purpose: coating of all architectural indoor and outdoor surfaces. |
