<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel system hose for an automobile, superior in an interlayer adhesiveness and flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel system hose for an automobile is provided with successively an inner layer 2, a fuel low permeable layer 3 and an outer layer 4 on an outer peripheral surface of the innermost layer 1 made of fluororesin. The inner layer 2 and outer layer 4 includes amine-modified polyamide resin. The fuel low permeable layer 3 has a principal component of the following (A), and includes a resin composition containing the following (B)-(D). The content of (B) in the resin composition is 4-12 wt.%, and the content of (C) is 4-12 wt.%, and the content of (D) is 1.5-5 wt.%, and the total content of the (B) and (C) is 12-24 wt.%, and the weight mixing ratio of the (B) and (C) is set in a range of (B)/(C)=3/1 to 1/3, and the fuel low permeable layer 3, inner layer 2 and outer layer 4 are bonded using a chemical reaction. (A) is a polyphenylene sulfide resin, (B) is an acid-modified polyolefinic resin, (C) is an unmodified polyolefinic resin, and (D) is an epoxy resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
