<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communication method and a communication system, enabling a plurality of communications even when respective communication channels in the plurality of communications cross each other. <P>SOLUTION: The communication device C includes: transmission/reception parts 1 and 4 for performing communication; and a communication channel determination part 5 for housing sharing instruction information showing the instruction to share relay processing of relaying a second transmission communication signal with the processing of relaying a first transmission communication signal in the first transmission communication signal in transmitting the first transmission communication signal to be transmitted through a network including one, or a plurality of repeaters for relaying communication signals and when the repeater in the communication channel of the first transmission communication signal in the network is in use for relaying the other second transmission communication signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
