PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform both data transfer and deletion between dynamic load distribution and processor core in a distributed memory type multi-core processor system. SOLUTION: A scheduler includes a scheduling part and a rule change part. The scheduling part determines the assignment object among the plurality of processor cores based on rule information regarding a process having received an execution request. The rule change part changes the rule information at determining the assignment object by the scheduling part regarding the first process of a predetermined process group, makes the scheduling part assign a succeeding process of the process group to the same processor core as the first process, and restores the rule information at determination of the assignment object by the scheduling part regarding the first process of the process group.
