<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a heat sink enhanced in heat radiation capability by forming fins having a pitch interval ≤4 mm, and further strengthening connection force between small heat sinks forming the heat sink. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A tip part of a fin 3 formed by bending one aluminum plate into a U-shaped form by crimping is connected, by pressure, to a recess formed on the upper face of a small heat sink piece 7 to form a small heat sink; and a projecting part formed on one side of a side face of the small heat sink 7 is fitted to a recess formed on the other side face of an adjacent small heat sink 7 to form a continuous heat sink.
