<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed lumen producing aid for an endoscope or the like and an endoscope apparatus producing a closed lumen inside a body cavity by using a balloon to be used for the endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) or for the natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES) or for the intravascular treatment, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The endoscope apparatus 10 includes at least two balloons 23 and 24 formed in the outer periphery on the distal end side, and the closed lumen producing aid 21 for the endoscope, etc., having conduits 25 and 26 inside for feeding/discharging prescribed fluid into the balloons 23 and 24.
