FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the synthesis of taxane, 10-deacetoxytaxol and their derivatives. This compound has a formula (I): where R2 means hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group that can be protected; R3 and R4 mean independently hydrogen atom, hydroxyl group or protected hydroxyl group; R5 means R10 or -OR10; R6 and R7 mean independently hydrogen atom, alkyl or aryl; and R10 means alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl or aryl.
