<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a useless space produced by presence of a boss as far as possible. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A second housing 5 internally has a display section 9, for example, as an electronic component. The second housing 5 includes a first case member 51 having a boss 58 and a second case member 52 connected with the first case member 51 via the boss 58 in a thickness direction. In the first case member 51, a recess 57 is formed where the boss 58 is disposed, and a notch 57A is formed in the recess 57.
