PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium diaphragm type lens device that is composed of four lenses, sufficiently suppresses product failure resulting from axis displacement, and can be further reduced in size than a lens device in the prior art. SOLUTION: The lens device includes, in order from an object side to an image side: the first lens 1 of positive power; the second lens 2 of positive power; an aperture diaphragm 5; the third lens 3 of negative power; and the fourth lens 4.
