<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel for reducing the cost and the number of components, facilitating assembly work, and manufactured with reduced cost. <P>SOLUTION: In this steering wheel 1 including a steering wheel body 10 provided with a stationary part 12, a movable plate 20, an elastic member 31 provided with a pressing part 31a pressing the movable plate in a direction to separate from the stationary part, and a horn switch mechanism 40, a first member that is either of the stationary part or the movable plate has a first engagement part 23 engaged with the elastic member, the elastic member is retained by the other second member, and the elastic member includes a first engaged part 31c to be detachably engaged with the first engagement part.
