<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the size of a device for performing the assembling of components and to improve work efficiency of the device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The production device 1 includes a pair of manipulators 10A, 10B having hands 11 which hold part of an assembling section, an assembling stage 12 constituting an assembling position of two components, and a control device 14 for operating the manipulators 10A, 10B. The manipulators 10A, 10B are disposed such that the work areas of the respective hands 11A, 11B partially overlap with each other.
