PURPOSE: A video scene matching about return from virtual rendering in a consumer digital video recording device is provided to minimize transition changes to a video stream from a virtual screen, thereby providing continuous experiences to users. CONSTITUTION: A video stream is displayed(50). A virtual screen is displayed(51). An event for displaying a request for transition to the video stream is received from the virtual screen(54). The saved time for transition is searched(55). At least one time point is checked from at least one video stream with a matched camera angle and contents for an ending point of the virtual screen. The selected video stream begins from the time point and is displayed.
