Invention herewith described refers to a device for baking pancakes and it enables semi-automatic process to bake the pancakes efficiently and also to give a lot of good quality pancakes along with minimum manual work. In a container (8) there is a rotating roller (1) with a circular warming plate (2) made of Teflon on its envelope, the teflon plate is under constant electric voltage. When the roller (1) rotates in its lowest position, the warming plate (2) plunges in and goes through the mass for pancakes that due to the high temperature sticks thereto. When in its highest position, rotation of the warming plate (2) stops, and the pancake is rebaked, and later on a rotary scraper (15) removes it from the warming plate. In the rebaking, the container (8) is refilled with the baking mass from the container (8) over a valve (16) that keeps a constant level of the mass in the container (8). Working mode of the valve (16) regulates the roller (1) due to its rotation by means of a spherical depth (4) on its base. The pivot (12) of the roller (1) drives also the mixer into the container (8).
