ACTIVE AIR SHUTTER

摘要

PURPOSE: An active air shutter is provided to improve the fuel ratio of a vehicle by actively controlling the flow rate of the air flowing in an engine room. CONSTITUTION: An active air shutter comprises an air shutter(510), a pair of guide rails(520), and a pair of actuators(530). The active air shutter opens and closes an open part of a pumper of a front end module according to the ascent and descent. A plurality of panels(511) expanded in a width direction is each other hinge-coupled in the height direction. A gear(512) is formed in the back side of the panel. The guide rail is installed in the width direction both side end point of the air shutter and guides a mobile track of the air shutter.
