PURPOSE: A dry deposition collecting device is provided to prevent dilution of deposited water when rainwater is flowed into the deposited water, and to make an environment which is similar to lake or a reservoir etc while reducing evaporation of the deposited water. CONSTITUTION: A dry deposition collecting device includes the following: a first tank(110) filled with water; a second water tank(120) filled with deposited water and is attachably fixed on the bottom of the first tank and is arranged on the first tank to be submerged in the water; and a cover(141) opening and closing the first tank, and is combined to the top of the first tank. The dry deposition collecting device further includes a bird approach preventing member(150) combined to the top of the first tank.
