<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clustered long column proper to a seismic repair for an existing building, capable of improving the aseismicity of the building by burdening a seismic force to the long column by combining the long column and PC steel materials and capable of stretching the PC steel materials in narrow spaces on both sides of the column. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A plurality of stages of cantilever beam-shaped projections 5 are mounted on both sides of the long column, and the front ends of these projections 5 are connected with the PC steel materials 6a and 6b in the vertical direction. The lower ends of the PC steel materials 6a and 6b are connected to a tensile-force supporting mechanism X under the state introducing a prestress to the PC steel materials 6a and 6b.
