PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve heat insulating properties of a sheet formed of a polyvinyl acetal resin while not deteriorating its transparency, adhesiveness with glass, and penetration resistance in formation into laminated glass. SOLUTION: The sheet is constructed of 100 pts.mass of a polyvinyl acetal resin and 1-50 pts.mass of a plasticizer and contains 0.1-0.9 cm<SP>3</SP>per 1 cm<SP>3</SP>of pores with the mean diameter of 0.01-100μm. The heat insulation properties of the sheet itself can be improved by the pores contained inside the sheet. When the average diameter of the pores is specified, transparency, adhesiveness with glass, and penetration resistance in formation into laminated glass can be maintained.
