PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polypeptide (CCMP-1) to be used in diagnosis, screening, treatment and prevention of carcinoma, and compositions containing this protein, vaccines and antibodies that are immunospecific for this protein. SOLUTION: A composition containing a capture reagent which is specifically combined with any one of CCMP-1 polypeptides in (a) through (c) as follows: (a) a polypeptide containing an amino acid sequence of Sequence No. 1 or comprising the amino acid sequence; (b) a derivative having replacement, deletion, or insertion of one or more amino acids into the amino acid sequence of Sequence No. 1, and retaining CCMP-1 activity; or (c) a fragment of the polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of Sequence No. 1, the length of at least ten amino acids, and 70% homology.
