<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow incoming-call rejection even when a time zone for rejecting incoming calls is not registered beforehand and even when a situation to reject incoming calls is not scheduled. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A communication terminal 10 includes an extraction part 11, a time setting/input request part 12, and a communication control part 14. When there is an incoming call from a communication terminal A being a calling terminal, the extraction part 11 extracts caller's number data showing the caller's number of the communication terminal A from an incoming-call signal. When the caller's number data are extracted by the extraction part 11, the time setting/input request part 12 requests the setting and input of incoming-call rejection time for rejecting an incoming call from the caller's number shown by the caller's number data. When the incoming-call rejection time is set and input in response to the request by the time setting/input request part 12, the communication control part 14 determines the propriety of the incoming call from the communication terminal A on the basis of time data showing the set/input incoming-call rejection time so as to control communication with the communication terminal A on the basis of the determination results.
