The present invention relates to a mail service system using identification codes, and a mail service method using the same. More specifically, the invention relates to the mail service system using the identification codes that enable the registration of mail to a notice board of a specific community system if a pre-designated receiver address is inputted while the mail is being composed using a cellular phone or a PC, and the e-mail service method using the same. According to the invention, a user is able to transmit a message including the same contents to plural users who join the same community system, at a minimum cost in real time.
