<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device including an input part movable within a present use range of a rotation trajectory and capable of producing a high drive force. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A booster includes a sun sprocket 2 fixed to a frame and a rotating arm 3 fixed at its one end to an output shaft 1, and rotatably supporting a planetary sprocket 4 that is engaged to the other end through a chain 13a, an intermediate sprocket 10a, an intermediate gear 11a, an intermediate gear 11b, an intermediate sprocket 10b, and a chain 13b. An input arm 6 is fixed to the other end in a planetary shaft 5 rotating integrally with the planetary sprocket 4. An input shaft 7 is fixed to the tip of the input arm 6. The power applied to the input arm is boosted in an applied direction and output to an output shaft through the rotating arm 3. Further, the power is boosted according to a speed ratio such that the input arm 6 rotates twice while the rotating arm 3 rotates once, and the boosted power is output.
