<p>A method, apparatus and system for user service connection during the network fault are provided. The method includes: when the user of the failed Mobile Switching Center (MSC) in the pool is called, the functional device of the pool forwards the paging message issued by the normal MSC to the user; the functional device acquires the paging response message returned by the user, and routes the TMSI paging response message to the normal MSC in case the paging response message is the Temp Mobile Subscriber Identity (TMSI) paging response message. When the user of the failed MSC in the pool is called, the above technical scheme can guarantee that the successful communication is enabled when the user experiences the first communication service.</p> |
