<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotating electric machine for vehicles wherein complicated routing work and connecting work on a coil end of a lead of a phase winding is prevented to enhance the productivity of a rotor. <P>SOLUTION: A relay circuit 39 is formed by insert molding multiple insert conductors in a resin molded body 40.
