PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein some kinds of labels are bent in the midway of push-in, by getting inferior against a suction force, to form a defective, when the label is pushed in up to a fixed position using a mold closing operation, after positioning the label by inserting the label into a molding die and sucking the label onto a cavity side face, in an injection molding machine for in-mold labeling molding. SOLUTION: In a mold clamping method for the injection molding machine, the label 61 is firmly fixed onto the cavity face and prevented from dropping down at the time point when the label is inserted, by providing a pressure regulating means for suction pressure, as a separate circuit, in a suction circuit of the label, and is moved smoothly when sliding-moved, and thus it is prevented a molding from getting defective so that a nondefective rate is enhanced.
