<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glove for martial arts of good operability allowing the wrist to be more easily bent in an outside direction, i.e., in a curving direction of the back of the hand, not to mention the inside direction in a state of gripping arms such as a bamboo sword or a wood gun in addition to protecting the hand and upper arm. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The glove 1 for martial arts has a head 4 into which the hand is inserted; a wrist part 5 sewn connected to the head 4 and opened on the lower side; and a glove cushion 8 sewn connected to the wrist part 5 and tied with a glove string 7 on the opened lower part 6 side. The connected edge part of the glove cushion 8 to the wrist part 5 is linear and has a length (a), and the connected edge part of the wrist part 5 to the glove cushion 8 has a length (b) shorter than the length (a) of the connected edge part of the glove cushion 8 and recessed in curved shape on the opposite side to the glove cushion 8 in deployed shape.
