<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health implement that is not limited to use for giving a shoulder massage, relaxes the muscle of each region of the body to ease the pain of a nerve, improves bloodstream, and is made optimum to treatment of each region with a wide range of application by trying to work out how to embody the material and form (structure) as a generally caring implement to thereby make use of elasticity and flexibility of soft rubber to utilize its bending properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the optimum health implement, the characteristics of soft rubber having elasticity and flexibility are utilized, and a film is applied to the surface of foam sponge. The bending and amplitude reaction as the rubber characteristics caused by snapping of user's wrist are utilized to softly massage the muscle of each region of the body, ease the pain of a nerve system, improve a bloodstream, with spot patting and line patting without giving strong stimulus to the body as compared with the conventional implement, and further give a comfortable aftereffect without enduring a pain to thereby cure the whole body. The implement includes a pointillage part, thereby giving enough preventive effect and treatment in daily life and allowing the user himself to care each region without constraint.
