The seat (2) has a backrest part (10) moved from a seating position into a reclining position. A reclining part (11) is held at the backrest part, where the reclining part is movable between a stowed position and the reclining position. The reclining part is pivotably supported at the backrest part. A cushion part (8) is pivotably held at a seat frame (7), and the backrest part is pivotably held at the cushion part. The backrest part is supportable at a system board (5) of a motor vehicle i.e. lorry, in the reclining position.
