PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball guidance accessory which can change the reservoir mode of balls that prompts the realization of the state guiding the balls towards a predetermined area, and to provide a game machine. SOLUTION: The ball guidance accessory 8 includes a transit area 8d which can achieve the state that balls 23 can be easily guided towards a predetermined area 35 and the state that the guidance is difficult, a ball reservoir part 8g which is formed so that it can store the balls 23 in the transit area 8d, and a moving member 8e which can move so that it can change the placement mode of the ball reservoir part 8g in the transit area 8d. The transit area 8d is structured so that it may achieve the state that the balls 23 can easily be guided towards the predetermined area 35 since the predetermined number of balls 23 are stored in the ball reservoir part 8g arranged in the transit area 8d.
