PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) sensor determination device and a SAW sensor determination method for determining a right and wrong of SAW sensor in a SAW sensor solution measuring system. SOLUTION: The SAW sensor 10 is determined to be defective when calibrated output data Dr1 before shipping from the factory are recorded in a recording unit 32 of the SAW sensor determination device 30 in the SAW sensor solution measuring system 1, present time calibrated output data Drn, which are subjected to a new calibration after the shipping from the factory using a standard solution Lr equivalent to the standard solution before shipping from the factory, are input to a determination unit 33, and the determination unit 33 compares the present time calibrated output data Drn and the calibrated output data Dr1 before shipping from the factory, and finds the present time calibrated output data Drn is reduced by not less than a threshold value th1.
