<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet which can prevent adherend curvature generated on the grinding of the adherend, and can extremely easily be peeled from the adherend without damaging or staining the adherend or the like, after the adherend is ground. <P>SOLUTION: This invention relates to the spontaneously winding adhesive sheet which is prepared by laminating the following conditions-satisfying shrinkable film layer, elastic layer, rigid film layer, intermediate layer, and adhesive layer in this order, and which can spontaneously be wound from one end in one direction or from the mutually facing two ends in the central direction to form one or two cylindrical wound bodies, by imparting a shrinkage-causing stimulation. The elastic layer: thickness is 15 to 150 μm, and shear modulus at 80°C is 1×10<SP>4</SP>to 5×10<SP>6</SP>Pa. The intermediate layer: shear modulus at 23°C is 1×10<SP>4</SP>to 4×10<SP>7</SP>Pa. The adhesive layer: the adhesive strength (180° peeling from a silicon mirror wafer at a pulling speed 300 mm/min) of the adhesive layer or the adhesive layer after an adhesiveness-lowering treatment is ≤6.5 N/10 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
