<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection pump capable of stably injecting high pressure fuel by suppressing pressure fluctuation in an injection nozzle to maintain a predetermined pressure, even if injecting the high pressure fuel at complicated timing. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel injection pump includes: a barrel 12 mounting inside a plunger 13 for pressurizing fuel; a solenoid spill valve 20 releasing fuel pressure; a discharge valve 33 provided in a position downstream of the solenoid spill valve 20 and opened to discharge fuel when the fuel pressure is a predetermined pressure or higher; and a two-way delivery valve 34 formed in a position downstream of the discharge valve 33 or in parallel with the discharge valve 33 and opened when the fuel pressure downstream of the discharge valve 33 is a predetermined pressure or higher after the discharge valve 33 is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
