<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biocoke production apparatus and a production process capable of efficiently producing biocoke in a short time by smoothly performing discharge of biocoke formed in a vessel. <P>SOLUTION: In the biocoke production apparatus including a reaction vessel 2 filled with a crushed biomass and pressure-molding the crushed biomass in the reaction vessel in a nearly close state while heating the crushed biomass in a temperature range and a pressure range in which a semi-coked product or a solid product before being semi-coked is obtained to produce a biocoke molded body 19, the reaction vessel 2 is formed in a cylindrical shape, a lid part 9 is disposed at the bottom part of the reaction vessel, a driving means 10 for sliding and moving the lid part 9 in a horizontal direction and opening and closing the bottom part of the reaction vessel is provided, a protrusion part 9a is formed at a tip part in a sliding and moving direction and in a position separated from the bottom part of the reaction vessel at the lid part 9 and the molded body 19 is pressed and dropped by the protrusion part 9a upon discharge of the molded body 19. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
