PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage dispenser using a single cooling water tank to enable two types of beverage of plus temperature and minus temperature to be dispensed. SOLUTION: A beverage dispenser 1 comprises beverage cooling pipes 12, 13 of two systems arranged within a cooling tank body 11 for use in cooling beer supplied from a beverage supplying means 2 made different for a plus temperature and a minus temperature for a cooling structure against flowing beer B by changing a length, inner diameter, material quality and wall thickness or the like of each of the pipes, two dispensing plugs connected to discharging sides of these cooling pipes, antifreezing solution 16 mixed with sugar put into the cooling tank body 11, a refrigerant pipe 17 arranged in the cooling tank body 11, a freezer unit 19 storing ice 20 around the refrigerant pipe 17 to cool the antifreezing solution 16 to a minus temperature, an ice amount sensor 21 for use in detecting an ice amount around the refrigerant pipe 17, an agitating means 22 for agitating the antifreezing solution 16, and a controlling means for use in driving the freezer unit 19 and the agitating means 22 in response to the detecting signal of the ice amount sensor 21.
