PURPOSE: A resistor, a resistor sheet, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a pair of legs from being separated from a protection cover by forming a connection hole on the pair of legs. CONSTITUTION: A pair of legs(110) is arranged to face each other and has conductivity. At least one connection hole(111) is formed on each leg. Both sides of a resistance wire(200) are connected to the pair of legs. A protection cover(300) is fixed to the pair of legs. The protection cover seals the resistance wire connected to the pair of legs. The protection cover is made of powder metallurgy.
