PURPOSE: A decorative material and a method for manufacturing the decorative material are provided to obtain excellent esthetic effect of gradation and three-dimensional effect and to manufacture a delicate pattern. CONSTITUTION: A decorative material comprises: a polymer film(110) having a pattern which is made of UV hardened resin; metal layers(120,130) which are formed on the polymer film; a protective layer(140) which is welded with the metal layer with no pattern; and a transparent layer which is welded with the metal layer with pattern. The UV hardened resin is embossed and is attached closely to the polymer film.
