PURPOSE: A system and a method for providing product/service based on a customer class and a recording medium thereof are provided to supply new product information or service information according to customer classes to customers classified as seceding customers. CONSTITUTION: The access time and average balance about customers are identified(1000). Customer classes for the customers are firstly classified(1010). The firstly classified customer classes are secondarily classified based on the UX(User Experience), benefit and service about the firstly classified customers(1025). Product information or service information which can be provided based on the secondarily classified customer classes(1030).
