PURPOSE: A method for inducing differentiation of insulin secretory cells using human adult stem cells is provided to use as a cell therapeutic agent for treating diabetes type 1. CONSTITUTION: A method for inducing in vivo differentiation of adult stem cells to insulin secretory cells comprises: a step of adding 5-20% of fetal bovine serum, 1-10 nM activin A, 5-20 Nm glucagon-like peptide, and 10-30 ng/ml fibroblast growth factor-2 and culturing for 4-10 days; and a step of culturing 5-20% of fetal bovine serum, 5-20 mM of nicotinimide, 1-10 nM of activin A, 5-20 nM of glucagon-like peptide, and 10-100 ng/ml insulin-like growth factor, and culturing for 10-20 days.
