PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device, capable of suitably suppressing trouble caused by leak of lubricant within a case. SOLUTION: In the operation device, inner surfaces 11c and 11d of a case 11 including a first and second fixed points 16a and 17a laid along a direction connecting contact parts of the first and second fixed contacts 16a and 17a with a movable contact 21 on the bottom surface 11b of the case 11 are continued to the bottom surface 11b of the case 11 by a curved surface 26.
