摘要 <p>The invention relates to a piezoelectric linear actuator with adjustable pre-tensioning force, which thereby provides optimal conditions for reaching the technical and functional parameters of primary piezoelectric elements - stacks of layers or discs. The pre-tensioning structure for primary piezoelectric elements consists of an elasticized casing (1) closed by a cover (2), assembled by means of some screws (3), which pre-tensions a primary piezoelectric element (4) in the mounting stage. The body of the elasticized casing (1) has four threaded holes (g) to be mounted within other assemblies, a recess (a, b) for the pass of the power supply cables of the primary piezoelectric element (4), an elasticized area acting like a corrugated elastic tube (t) and a cylindrical bore (c) to permit the primary piezoelectric element (4) to be adequately positioned. The cover (2) also has a cylindrical bore meant to permit the primary piezoelectric element (4) to be positioned vertically and a sphere-shaped end (f) having the role of taking over and transmitting the torsion and bending moments that could occur during exploitation. Between the elastic casing (1) and cover (2) there is an interstice (h) wherein various spacers (5) can be introduced to allow the elastic area of the casing (1) to be stretched, the force resulting thereby being equal to the pre-tensioning force to which the primary piezoelectric element (4) is subjected.</p>
